The policies found below are for informational purposes only and do not constitute and agreement between Creative Edge Designs and any client. Specific policies may be applied to particular design work or design contracts.
Privacy Policy
Creative Edge Designs is committed to maintaining the privacy of our clients as well as visitors to our site. It is our policy to keep all pertinent contact information private. This excludes company names of clients, links to completed design projects such as websites or logos, or first names used in our testimonial section. No financial or billing information will ever be shared with any third party. Furthermore, we will never subscribe you to any mailings or newsletters without your consent.
Refund Policy
Because all of our designs are custom created specifically for our clients we are not able to offer refunds for completed work. In the event you should hire Creative Edge Designs to begin a design project on your behalf a cancellation refund schedule for each phase of the project will be provided with the contract for services. In no instances will a full refund be given.
Miscellaneous Policies
If a site has been "turned off" for any reason, including non-payment or slow payment, there will be a reinstatement fee.
Creative Edge Designs is not responsible for any copyright or legal issues related to images, photos, artwork, logos or content supplied by our clients.
Prices listed on this website are subject to change without notice.
The period following the approval of a completed site by the client is referred to as Maintenance. Maintenance is billable by the hour or clients can choose to purchase one of our maintenance packages. Maintenance includes, but is not limited to, changes made to text or content, changes made to photos, graphics or animations, search engine submission, statistical data records or analysis, back-end programming and hosting or domain name changes.
